April 4th Task
Many changes this week, thank you for the Evaluations. Change 1 : I have set the Google Group Emails to Digest . This means you only get 1 email every day with all of the emails in 1. You can look through and choose which ones to reply to. Other options for managing this are watching the Gmail Movie to tame your inbox, or ask to not receive emails and then you will be responsible for checking online. Change 2: I am cleaning, consolidating, and condensing the website this week. It will take time and I will still locate most things with the same words. Change 3 : I have standardized the schedule now that I have heard from everyone. It is set on the Calendar. Office Hours Monday - Friday after 3:30 ( see the Calendar for Details ). 1 Webinar or Meeting from 3:30-4:30 will be available every week. The 5 minute videos will continue to be made.
